What's Wrong With This Picture?

I meandered over to Vote For The Worst to see if they had the song list for tonight's show yet, and after about two minutes of reading with this picture of Jason Castro in my peripheral vision, it slowly dawned on me that I wasn't seeing what I thought I was seeing.
